Description SATHEESARAN 2020-07-14 11:03:06 UTC
Description of problem:
-----------------------
Deployment doc includes the requirement that for IPV6 deployments FQDNs are mandatory but the geo-rep - DR section lacks that information. Add that information that geo-rep slave should also be using IPV6 FQDN and no direct IPV6 for gluster volumes

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

-------------------------------------------------------------
RHHI-V 1.9

Expected results:
--------------------
Add the information that IPV6 FQDNs should be used at the slave side also and no direct usage of IPV6 addresses for slave volumes

Comment 1 SATHEESARAN 2020-07-14 11:07:33 UTC
Technical bug that is tracking this issue is https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1855965

Comment 4 SATHEESARAN 2020-07-30 02:35:52 UTC
Confirmed that the Maintaining RHHI guide now adds the information that IP protocols should match for all the hosts involved
in master and slave site.
