Section Number and Name: "Adding the registry to your pull secret" is missing

Describe the issue: Customers need to use section [1] for creating their mirror registry. This is missing in 4.4 and latest 4.5 docs 

Suggestions for improvement: Add section [1] to [2] in the latest docs
