Description of problem:

During the installation, now pull secret has the message:  "[Press Ctrl+C to switch username, ? for help]" which is incorrect.

How reproducible:
 $ ./bin/openshift-install create cluster --log-level=debug --dir=ocp

Expected results:
 Pull secret should not include the Switch username message.

Steps:
1. # openshift-install create cluster --log-level=debug --dir=resources


Results:
No "[Press Ctrl+C to switch username, ? for help]" message on pull secret step message
