Updates are required for the RHV 4.4 Administration Guide

Sec 1 - Architecture diagram illustrating how log and metrics data is drawn from RHV VM to an Elasticsearch instance on OCP - and I guess we need to update this with Grafana instead of Kibana
Sec 2 - deploying collectd and rssyslog to collect the metrics and logs (chapter from the Metrics Store installation Guide)
Sec 3 - deploying and using Grafana dashboards to read reports of the metrics and logs
Sec 4 - deploying Insights on RHV
