Description of problem:
Did upgrade from 4.5.2-x86_64 to 4.5.0-0.nightly-2020-07-18-024505 with IPI AWS with OVN kubernetes plugin

found one of master node cannot be communicated with other worker.  please see the logs in attachment

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.5.2-x86_64 to 4.5.0-0.nightly-2020-07-18-024505

Additional info:
When I delete the ovnnode pod and make it recreate. they are working well

Closing as a dupe of: 1858712 since this bug should exhibit itself independently of the installation procedure, and the difference between the two is that this is an IPI install on AWS which also targets another broken version.

I also doubt they are same issue since same version and same install method
but not sure since in this bug,  all of ovn master and node are not crashed. and I checked the logs also not same totally.
