This release of the Service Telemetry Operator, Smart Gateway Operator and Smart Gateway components provides the following functionality: * Ceilometer metrics support. * Deployment of `sg-core` and `sg-bridge` for collectd metrics for 5x performance increase. * Deployment of latest version of the Smart Gateway, providing collectd events, Ceilometer metrics, and Ceilometer events. These components are part of the Service Telemetry Framework.
