In order to support OCP upgrade with HPP storage class. 
The VM must not be configure with evictionStrategy: LiveMigrate.
It will block node from being evicted. 

We have RFE to block VM from running on HPP with evictionStrategy: LiveMigrate https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1858777
