2.Hotplug/unplug usb-host device to the usb-ehci controller repeatedly:

Expected results:
According to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1380895#c31, we can disable this pointless printing.

Fixed by commit 10b2d90c94 which is included in rhel-av-8.4.0, so fixing as CURRENTRELEASE 8.4.0.
