Description Micah Abbott 2020-07-21 15:25:23 UTC
The e2e-metal tests have been failing recently with the following error

```
[1m[31mError: [0m[0m[1mIpxe script url http://http-matchbox.svc.ci.openshift.org/ipxe?cluster_id=ci-op-mn2dq7y9-d3e37&role=master is not accessible[0m
[0m  on main.tf line 97, in resource "packet_device" "masters":
  97: resource "packet_device" "masters" [4m{[0m
[0m
[0m[0m
```

We started seeing this a few days ago on https://github.com/openshift/installer/pull/3865

We've reached out to our friends at Packet.net and they confirmed there is something going wrong on their end.

This serves as a tracker issue for the problem that can be linked elsewhere.
