Description of problem:

When upgrading wireshark, bits a pieces from the old release are not properly removed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):



wireshark-cli-3.2.5-1.fc32.x86_64

After a couple of upgrades, these directory are not owned by wireshark.

rpm -qf /usr/lib64/wireshark/plugins/*/*
file /usr/lib64/wireshark/plugins/3.0/codecs is not owned by any package
file /usr/lib64/wireshark/plugins/3.0/epan is not owned by any package
file /usr/lib64/wireshark/plugins/3.0/wiretap is not owned by any package
file /usr/lib64/wireshark/plugins/3.2/codecs is not owned by any package
file /usr/lib64/wireshark/plugins/3.2/epan is not owned by any package
file /usr/lib64/wireshark/plugins/3.2/wiretap is not owned by any package

Thanks for the report. This was create by me in https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/wireshark/c/97ece0f856a1dc6ae5d6ddd83e35f6cdb5688baf?branch=master. Forgot to add %dir in the files section. I will fix this with next update.

 /usr/lib64/wireshark/cmake should also be owned, I believe.
