Openstack is requesting this feature via nmstate bug 1756687

NetworkManager is currently supporting memory-only profile for OVS interfaces but after rebooting, ovsdb is keeping the information of the interface therefore, the interface is not being removed. From the point of view of an user, I expect that all the interfaces created using memory-only will be removed after rebooting.
