RHHI-V 1.8 Release Notes

Suggestions for improvement:
-----------------------------
2 Changes are required in the release notes:

Change-1
---------
Under 'Changed Behavior', point 2 says:
* Cluster upgrades now require at least 10 percent free space on gluster disks in order to reduce the risk of running out of space mid-upgrade. (BZ#1783750)

This should be improved as:
* Cluster upgrades now require at least 10 percent free space on gluster disks in order to reduce the risk of running out of space mid-upgrade. This applies only for upgrades post 1.8 (BZ#1783750)

Change-2
----------
Under 'Enhancements', first one says:
* The Administrator Portal can now upgrade all hosts in a cluster with one click. (BZ#1721366)

Here we need to update this enhancement as:
* The Administrator Portal can now upgrade all hosts in a cluster with one click. This applies only for upgrades post 1.8 (BZ#1721366)

Change-3
---------
Under 'Enhancements'.
* Replication is now up to 50 percent faster for write-heavy workloads. (BZ#1836164)

This should be improved as:
*Replication using fsync is now up to 50 percent faster for small-block(~4k) write-heavy workloads on Red Hat Hyperconverged Infrastructure for Virtualization. (BZ#1836164)

Disha,

First 2 changes are good. For the change-3, Pranith has updated the doc text
in the bug - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1836164

Please replace the same in the enhancement section
