Description Samuel Kielek 2006-03-22 14:26:06 UTC
The initrd.img from the images directory in recent builds of the devel tree do
not contain libaudit, so it is not possible to log in using ssh or telnet to
continue the build process.

I created an updated initrd.img containing libaudit, which then exposed another
more serious problem. This time /sbin/loader aborts with a corrupted
double-linked list error after selecting an install media type.

Log file of the loader error is attached.

Note that s390 isn't a supported build of Fedora Core; the images are just
included if they happen to build, but aren't tested beyond that.

Assigning to anaconda.

Comment 3 Jeremy Katz 2006-03-22 19:45:53 UTC
We don't support s390 for Fedora. If you have patches, we're more than willing
to look at them, but aren't going to spend time fixing things for an unsupported
arch.
