This enhancement adds a new driver for the Dell EMC PowerStore to support Block Storage service back end servers. The new driver supports the FC and iSCSI protocols, and includes these features: * Volume create and delete * Volume attach and detach * Snapshot create and delete * Create volume from snapshot * Get statistics on volumes * Copy images to volumes * Copy volumes to images * Clone volumes * Extend volumes * Revert volumes to snapshots

The bug has been fixed in lsscsi-0.29 and RHEL8.2 has lsscsi-0.30.

The os-brick component patch was moved under https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1872211 for a better component tracking.

According to our records, this should be resolved by openstack-cinder-15.3.1-1.20200914173114.00ac80b.el8ost.  This build is available now.

This must be part of HF for DOCOMO for openstore.
Please, create HF that include it so we can fix HF that will satisfy customer and test it for z-stream.

HF has been done for DOCOMO in https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/02790099
Being tested in Dell now.

Excellent thanks for confirming Sam, I assume we also need to send it to DOCOMO? They need open a case and request for the same HF, we also need a support exception on our side until the backend is officially certified.

Filed team informed us that DOCOMO delayed their PoC. They plan to start PowerStore OpenStack testing in mid December.
We expect that RHOSP-16.1.3 will work. 
We will need to share date for z3 release to ensure that timing work for DOCOMO. So far we shared mid December. But we will need to share more precise date.
If z3 is delayed we will ask DOCOMO to file support case for HF.

The blocker bug 1889628 has been fixed and the corresponding package shipped. I'm marking this as closed.
