Description of problem:
package-cleanup gives the following deprecation warning:

# package-cleanup --orphans
Setting up yum
/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/yum/config.py:439: DeprecationWarning:
getConfigOption() will go away in a future version of Yum.
Please access option values as attributes or using getattr().

it's not a bug - just a warning so that the author of the utility knows that
they need to clean up a soon-to-be-unavailable function.
