1.6.1 failed to build for an error in the desktop file and was replaced by a quick fix 1.6.2

Build on rawhide failed because dependency could not be installed: pdfarranger(build) -> intltool -> gettext -> libcroco (retired)

gettext has been fixed (I think they are bundling libcroco and only needed to kick off a build on rawhide) and pdfarranger rebuilt on rawhide, i.e. all done.
