Description of problem:
In the CNV UI - VM import from RHV to CNV wizard, storage tab, there is an "Add disk" button, however this button is not active.

Please either remove it or implement it.  

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OCP-4.5

Additional info:
For VM import from VMware to CNV this button is active.

verified on openshift version: 4.6.0-fc.7

"Add disk" button has been removed from the storage tab now. Please find attached screenshot.
