If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks, bison will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 34, bison will be retired, if it still fails to build. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle. Changing version to 33.
FEDORA-2020-7d5736c627 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 33. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2020-7d5736c627
I was unable to investigate the cause of the build failure since the logs were purged. After a scratch build succeeded, I submitted a fresh build and have filed a bodhi update for Fedora 33.
