primecount failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f33

For details on the mass rebuild see:

Please fix primecount at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
primecount will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 34,
primecount will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Comment 4 Jerry James 2020-08-04 15:00:34 UTC
The build failure appears to be due to gcc emitting a bad symbol when LTO is in use.

Comment 5 Jerry James 2020-08-04 23:27:35 UTC
Built in Rawhide by disabling LTO on ppc64le only.
