Description of problem: 

OpenFileDialog, buttons icons are broken

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

6.0.4

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the new file dialog
2.Icons on buttons are missing on right of the filename, the buttons are present but invisible
3.

Actual results:

No icons

Expected results:

Icons visible

I can also confirm that the commit referenced in the above link does fix the problem, I added the two lines to src/bitmap.c, rebuilt and reinstalled the libgdiplus package and the problem is solved.
