Description of problem:
After getting ovirt node-ng-installer-4.4.2-2020072914 installed on an HPE server with omnipath interface and hosted-engine up, I started adding logical networks like I did with oVirt 4.3, and find I get an error when trying to add the "infiniband" ib0 (as presented by the Centos8 internal drivers) as a non-VM network so I could use it for migration and later network file system access.

How reproducible:
Same error on second host also installed with the RC node 4.4.2RC

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install from 4.4.2 node-ng iso on system.
2.Use cockpit to configure up ethernet and ib0 interfaces
3.Install hosted engine on NFS shared storage on ethernet
4.on hosted engine, configure host networks for host running engine
   attach private ethernet as VM hosting network
   attach ib0 as non-VM hosting network

Actual results:
  ethernet logical network addition works
  ib0 logical network errors out every time.

Expected results:
  ib0 logical network configured able to be set for migrations and gluster network.
