These errors seem related to the tallylog module being enabled on the system. Can you try installation without it enabled?
BZ1857726 addressed the issue with "/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.KQXoRI: line 2: fg: no job control". During the verification of the BZ, there were still warnings shown.
