Description of problem:

During OVS to OVN migration in OSP 16.1 the FIP are not accessible after migration.

As this process is broken and we haven't received blocker+ flag on the related bug we decided (during bug triage meeting) to remove paragraph about migration from the docs (16.1z1). When the bug will be fixed (z2) we can add this paragraph again.
