We cannot enable HTTP Basic Auth on ironic-inspector, because the ironic image does not configure ironic-conductor to use authentication when connecting to inspector.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a
resolution of ERRATA.
