Description of problem:

When selecting the ”View more” link from Capacity breakdown, the user was  expecting to see the details explaining the capacity breakdown chart, but was  confused by the Metrics page and the “empty” metrics chart.

UX issue severity level: 4-Low (refer below mentioned doc for severity levels)

Assigning it to UXD to come with better text that would not confuse the user.

The View more link was never required by UXD, it wasn't planned at all and was added in the implementation. I think it could be good to add additional view and info but currently it's a completely different chart (already very confusing) and shows no data at all. 

So it's best to completely remove this link for now.
