Description Harish NV Rao 2020-08-05 11:44:34 UTC
Description of problem:

The “no alert” message took up a significant focal point and drew users’ attention. One user questioned why there was a greyed out check mark and wondered when it would turn green. Refer to [1] for the screenshot.

UX issue severity level: 4-Low (refer below mentioned doc for severity levels)

Assigning to UXD, to suggest what we should do about the confusing state.

This issue was addressed in the dashboard improvements. the "no alerts" status will not be displayed at all if there are no alerts to show.

Comment 8 Elena Bondarenko 2020-12-18 16:05:50 UTC
I re-tested with 4.7.0-0.nightly-2020-12-18-031435. The big grey question mark and "No object service alerts" message are not there, so I'm moving the bug to Verified.
