Description of problem: Run action is missing at job template index page


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Satellite 6.8


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Hosts -> Job Templates
2. "Run" is missing in Action column

Actual results:  "Run" action is missing


Expected results:  Should be able run job template


Additional info:
[root@dhcp131-3 ~]# rpm -qa satellite
satellite-6.8.0-0.7.beta.el7sat.noarch

Adam, is it possible to backport this fix to the 3.3 line and release upstream?
