It's my understanding that at this point in the 4.3.z lifecycle, we should only be backporting high and urgent severity bugs. To me, this is a low severity bug and therefore we would not normally be fixing this

Is the customer blocked from upgrading to 4.4 presently?

Comment 2 Ryan Holbrook 2020-08-14 17:39:57 UTC
Hello Joel,

Trustmark is unable to proceed to 4.4 due to being on cloudpak.

Thanks for the update Ryan, I will try to get someone to look into this during the next sprint

Comment 4 Joel Speed 2020-08-25 11:40:58 UTC
As I understand it, we are unable to backport to 4.3 at this point as the issue is not severe enough to warrant a backport to a version in this stage of it's support lifecycle.
It also appears that cloudpaks are supporting 4.4 now, so the customer should be able to upgrade.
