Additional info:
During a graphical install the time zone Australia/Sydney is offered but not
Australia/NSW
During a text install the time zone Australia/NSW is offered and, I think,
Australia/Sydney
The two files are currently identical, but I consider that they should both be
offered in both cases.

The text timezone selection entries have been made to line up with the graphical
ones, which is what system-config-date use.  So we now have a consistent list in
all interfaces.
