Description of problem:
when trying to deploy cnv registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/iib:907
we get the following error:
risk of data loss updating vmimportconfigs.v2v.kubevirt.io: new CRD 
removes version v1alpha1 that is listed as a stored version on the 
existing CRD

Issue is still present in registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/iib:1785.
