Clean install Fedora-Workstation-Live-x86_64-33-20200813.n.2.iso 2. dnf group install virtualization 3. Create a new UEFI VM using virt-manager, try to boot Fedora-Everything-netinst-x86_64-33-20200814.n.0.iso Actual results: Screen transitions from gray to black. Then nothing else. No error messages, and no change. top shows qemu-system-x86 is running. Expected results: I should see tianocore splash and then a GRUB menu Additional info: BIOS VM works as expected.

Proposed as a Blocker for 33-beta by Fedora user chrismurphy using the blocker tracking app because: "The release must be able host virtual guest instances of the same release. " Works with BIOS VM, doesn't work with UEFI VM; but pretty sure we cover both under the criterion even though I can find a reference.
Same problem with virtio graphics.
