Description of problem:

The following topics are missing info on configuring RHEL 8 VMs.

4.2.1. Configuring Single Sign-On for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Virtual Machines Using IPA (IdM) [1]
4.2.2. Configuring Single Sign-On for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Virtual Machines Using Active Directory [2]

UPDATE:
SSO requires the ovirt-guest-agent (OGA) and OGA has been deprecated and has not been provided on RHEL 8.
Therefore we should rather deprecate SSO on RHEL<=7 and on Windows.

Didn't make it in for 4.4.3 and wasn't re-planned for 4.4.4.
Resetting target milestone for re-evaluation.

The SSO deprecation was announced in the Release Notes for the RHV 4.4.6 release - so no doc text is needed in the 4.4.7 iteration of this bug
