Description of problem:
Nodes page is blank and doesn't display node table information

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-08-16-072105
2. Login to UI
3. Click on Compute --> Nodes 

Actual results:
1. install 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-08-16-072105
2. Login to UI
3. Click on Compute --> Nodes 
4. Observer Nodes page is blank and doesn't contain Nodes table

Expected results:
1. install 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-08-16-072105
2. Login to UI
3. Click on Compute --> Nodes 
4. Observer Nodes page is not blank and does contain Nodes table

does `oc get nodes` return anything?
that would tell us if there is an underlying issue or if its just in the UI

They'll definitely want a must-gather to go with this

`oc get nodes` works as expected. I can get a must gather, I will have to rebuild and collect.
