Description of problem:
When running the metrics role for sending data to external Elasticsearch, the example dashboards are not created.

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure metrics config.yml based on the k-base/blog
2. Run the configure_ovirt_machines_for_metrics.sh
3. Check for the searches, visualizations and dashboards in /etc/ovirt-engine-metrics/dashboards-examples

Actual results:
No directory /etc/ovirt-engine-metrics/dashboards-examples

Expected results:
Directory /etc/ovirt-engine-metrics/dashboards-examples exists and contains 3 files

Steps:
