Description of problem:
Just tried to install Lmod 8.2.7-1 on an EPEL8 VM.

Saw this error:

sudo dnf install Lmod

Error:
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides lua-filesystem needed by Lmod-8.2.7-1.el8.x86_64
