Description of problem:
The topology workloads show decorator for info alerts

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.6

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a workload that triggers a firing alert of severity info/none

Actual results:
info alert decorator show up on the workload

Expected results:
the decorator should be shown for alerts having severity warning/error
