Description of problem:

The Topology List View is slightly inconsistent with the workloads view in the admin perspective. It should update metrics and alerts and show them in separate cells as in the workload view.

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. View the workloads tab in the project view in the Admin perspective
2. View the List View for the Topology section of the Dev perspective

Actual results:

Notice the inconsistencies.

Expected results:

Views should be consistent.
