Description of problem:

This is a request to rebase open-vm-tools to 11.1.5 for rhel-8.4, the app stream update.

open-vm-tools was released 19 Aug 2020 and contains a number of valuable bug fixes.

After run regression test,all test cases passed, no regression issue found.
