Current version (2.8) is released in Feb 2019 and it is almost 2-year old. This bug is fixed in version 2.12.1, which is recommended by fossil's author (https://fossil-scm.org/forum/info/a05ae3ce7760daf6). Shall we upgrade to 2.12.1 instead of staying on 2.8?
Hi, The SQLite package has added FTS4 into the compilation spec and the SQLite 3.33.0-2 is in Fedora testing repo. Based on this change, I can compile Fossil 2.12.1 without problem. Moreover, this enables server-side search indexing. Shall we update to 2.12.1? I have already prepared a 2.12.1 on my fork, may I know your plan of upgrading? Thank you!
This package has changed maintainer in the Fedora. Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component.
