Description of problem: When a user adds a Subscription and Trigger via the modal in the topology view, there is not currently default text in the Name field.

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Serverless operator
2.Create a Channel/Broker in a project
3.Right click on Channel/broker via context menu click on Add Subscription/Trigger

Actual results:Can see name in modal is empty 


Expected results: Should pre-fill the name field with channel/broker name followed by random characters
