Description of problem:
On install Lazarus with dnf, the package make isn't required. It is needded for recompile the Lazarus IDE after complete components install.

Confirmed on CentOS 8 and Fedora Rawhide. When launching Lazarus for the first time, the IDE complains about being unable to find the "make" executable.
