Description of problem:
In the Capacity Breakdown card, the Dropdown in Object service dashboard shows a check mark next to the selected Item, but doesn't show in the Persistent Storage Dashboard

How reproducible:1/1


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install OCS
2.Go to Object Service Dashboard, observe the Dropdown for Capacity Breakdown card There is a check mark next to the selected Item (seen when expanded)
3.Same card in Persistent Storage dashboard does not have a check mark.

Actual results: 
Similar cards are inconsistent between two dashboards.

Expected results:
Similar cards should be consistent between two dasboards.
