Description of problem: The Watchdog 'Alert Details' page is replaced by a page stating 'No Alert Found' after a few seconds. After a few seconds more, the *Alert Details* page returns. This cycles a few times until eventually the *Alert Details* page remains visible. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): OpenShift Container Platform 4.6.0-0.nightly. How reproducible: Every time. Steps to Reproduce: 1. In the Administrator perspective, navigate to *Monitoring* -> *Alerting* -> *Alerts* on a newly installed cluster. 2. Select the *Watchdog* alert name. This takes you to the *Alert Details* page for the Watchdog alert. 3. Wait for something like 20 or 30 seconds. 4. The *Alert Details* page is replaced by a page stating 'No Alerts Found'. 5. Wait a further 20 or 30 seconds and the *Alert Details* page comes back again. 6. This happens a few times and eventually the *Alert Details* page stays visible. Actual results: The *Alert Details* page for the Watchdog alert is temporarily replaced by a 'No Alerts Found' screen, then the *Alert Detals* page returns. This cycles around a few times before the *Alert Details* page eventually remains visible. Expected results: For the *Alerts Details* page to remain visible from when you first view it, without it being replaced by a 'No Alerts Found page', since the Watchdog alert is always firing. Additional info: I am seeing this on Firefox version 79 on Fedora 32.
