Description of problem:
Telemeter integration tests are broken. This prevents us from merging any PRs in the Telemeter repo.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run integration tests on CI

Actual results:
Integration tests fail due to broken glibc dependency.

Expected results:
Integration tests pass.

issue is fixed, we can merge PRs to the Telemeter repo
