Below features should be called out in the Section 4.1 

- Support upgrading server and capsules independently ( N-1 support for capsule )
- Capsule Upgrade Automation ( Capsule upgrade with REX job)
- Features took out of TP
       - CAC card via Keycloak integration
       - Traces
