Description of problem:
'Delete Columns' is translated as 'Add Columns'. So in menu it shows
"Add Columns"
"Add Columns" <instead of Delete>

How reproducible:
Eveytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. LANG=pa_IN.UTF-8 oocalc
2. Right Click on 'B' Column
3.

Actual results:
there will be 
"à¨à¨¾à¨²à¨® à¨¸à¨¼à¨¾à¨®à¨¿à¨²(i)"  english <Add Columns>
"à¨à¨¾à¨²à¨® à¨¸à¨¼à¨¾à¨®à¨¿à¨²(d)"  english <Add Columns>
  

Expected results:
"à¨à¨¾à¨²à¨® à¨¸à¨¼à¨¾à¨®à¨¿à¨²(i)"  english <Add Columns>
"à¨à¨¾à¨²à¨® à¨¹à¨à¨¾à¨(d)"  english <Delete Columns>
