Description of problem:
The version of re2c in Fedora is really old. Fedora is at 1.1.1, which
is from August, 2018. The current version is 2.0.3.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
re2c-1.1.1-5.fc33

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. See upstream website https://github.com/skvadrik/re2c/releases
2.
3.

Actual results:
version 1.1.1

Expected results:
version 2.0.3

Thanks.  I've updated the upstream monitoring to point to the new location as well so hopefully we will be notified automatically of new releases going forward.  We could probably do with some more maintainers here as well.
