Comment 1 Danilo de Paula 2020-09-09 15:33:45 UTC
Why is this being cloned to Z-Stream?

Because CentOS's sig-virt. This is change requested by the kata team, and the kata team consumes qemu from sig-virt.
While AV-8.3 is not released yet, we need to fix this in AV-8.2.1

Test wirh qemu-kvm-4.2.0-29.module+el8.2.1+7983+71fbcacb.3.x86_64, not hit this issue, change status to verified.

Version:
qemu-kvm-4.2.0-29.module+el8.2.1+7983+71fbcacb.3.x86_64
kernel-4.18.0-234.el8.x86_64

Steps:
1. # rpm -qp qemu-kvm-core-4.2.0-29.module+el8.2.1+7983+71fbcacb.3.aarch64.rpm --provides
qemu-kvm-core = 15:4.2.0-29.module+el8.2.1+7983+71fbcacb.3
qemu-kvm-core(aarch-64) = 15:4.2.0-29.module+el8.2.1+7983+71fbcacb.3

2. # rpm -qp qemu-kvm-core-4.2.0-29.module+el8.2.1+7983+71fbcacb.3.aarch64.rpm --requires| grep glusterfs

Actual result:
After Step 2: glusterfs not grepped in qemu-kvm-core dependencies.

Expected result:
Same as actual result.
