Description Neha Berry 2020-09-11 08:29:10 UTC
Describe the issue:
---

This content needs to be added as part of release of OCs 4.5 first z-stream.

For OCS 4.5, we had mistakenly added content for Upgrading External Mode clusters, which was then removed as OCS 4.5.0 won't support upgrade of external clusters from 4.4

But, once we have the next z-stream finalised, we need to add back the Upgrading External Mode section (it's already present but hashed out in git)

Content - @Erin is aware of the content which is currently commented out

Refer BZ - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1850891#c27
Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:

One more upgrade BZ which needs changes for z-stream release - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1872850

Please also note:

We need to add a note for external mode that "Upgrade supported only for 4.5.0 to 4.5.z" and not 4.4 to 4.5 .
