Description of problem:
Snapshot feature gate is not enabled in cnv 2.5

$ kubectl get configmap kubevirt-config -n openshift-cnv -o jsonpath='{.data.feature-gates}'
DataVolumes,SRIOV,LiveMigration,CPUManager,CPUNodeDiscovery,Sidecar

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cnv 2.5

After executing below command able to see the "Snapshot" feature.

$ oc get configmap kubevirt-config -n openshift-cnv -o jsonpath='{.data.feature-gates}'

DataVolumes,SRIOV,LiveMigration,CPUManager,CPUNodeDiscovery,Sidecar,Snapshot

Verifying BZ.
